TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST
Recent artificial rain in the building where I live at present (in 2022) and the consequences of the artificial rain causing excessive humidity which may result in solidifying and ice formation on windows, reminded me a similar incident from another building in Willowdale (Toronto).
After arrival in Toronto in December 1993 and through Imrana's contacts we rented a (pent house apt at the top) apartment across from the Fiarview Mall at 110 Parkway Forest Drive.
Perhaps it was winter of 1993/1994 that I noticed unusual build up of ice on the big wall size windows. I was concerned about it because of the cold indoors it caused.
Something promoted me to do a visual inspection of the windows and I found a big piece of missing/broken glass from the section of the window was at the top which probably caused it, i.e. windows were full of ice formation. That broken glass (not just a crack, but missing piece and a hole) was not visible while standing on the floor because it was hidden (blocked view) by the deep wooden frame of the window at a height above eye level, but I could feel cold air draft coming in from that part so I used a chair to stand on to check at eye level and discovered the cause of the problem.
In another building rented by the same company (O Shanters) I detected some strange ticking sound like a timer or mechanical clock.
Both incidents were reported to the super of the buildings.
(Mo bean was one of the contacts who was a student at Seneca College, and Mo hsin was the other contact who arrived by Ship and used to work for the Department of Police, both were brothers and lived in a town house near the children's school (Forest Manor Public School) in the neighbourhood).

Monthly Tenant (in this building since 2017 May – 58 months in February 2022 – I was trapped to rent in such building, I did not ask for this address.)
A suggestion to the technical and Engineering Colleges/Universities to include some courses in their programme to prepare graduate students to learn to survive the shock and stress of govt. provided social assistance due to unemployment and unknown reasons, which I was never/not taught.
